John & Jamie Dark - Willow Point
The Dark's are remodeling & updating their existing home built in the 70's.
Totally redisigning the existing home, taking the structure down to slab & stud walls. We have added a new triple garage & Master Suite above. The Dark's new entry Foyer will have a 25' hign stair/lookout tower, when completed.
Sammy Ransome Construction is the contractor selected for this beautiful remodel. .
Dan & Lee Kauper - Willow Point
Dan & Lee wanted to update their 70's style ranch on
one of Willow Point's most beutiful lots . With spectacular views of the lake , club's beach & pool, protecting the lots mature trees & landscape was essential. By remodeling the existing carport to a garage with gameroom, bedroom/bath above, we were able to increase the home to accomadate family & freinds, without affecting the existing landscape. We also added a new entry porch & lake side porch with cedar timbers & stone. It was also time to update the family room with high vaulted ceilings and new doors/windows. along the way we designed a pool Cabana & new screen porch, updating the exterior to reflect today's lake living at it's best.
